How The 1960’s Changed The World

From Motown to Rock, the British invasion came in like a storm and so did all the FREAKIN HIPPIES.

The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Beach Boys and CCR are  just a some artists that stood out in the sixties. The bands were influenced by early rocker’s such as Chuck Berry,  Elvis Presley and Jerry Lee Lewis. The hits I enjoy are Paint It Black by The Rolling Stones, Wild Thing By The Troggs, Boy In a Bubble by Paul Simone, and  Mercedes Benz by Janis Joplin.

I think it took more talent back in 60’s to be an artist. These days you just need is auto tune and Dubstep in a song to get fame and money.

I came across this really old Dr. Pepper commercial. It’s pretty retro, even though I prefer coke.

What Kind Of Person Do You Want To Be?

I want to be a caring person who helps people that have ADHD and are going through rough stuff everyday. Let’s be aware and make a difference together as a community, as a school and as one in Christ.

How can we make a difference?

 A good place to start would be find a need and fill. Don’t go far, just within the reach of your life. Since I have ADHD I want  to reach out others how also struggle with it.

What can you do become the person you want to be? 

I want to be really close to God and I want to a person who overcomes any problem that comes up in my life.

What kind of person does God say we should be in His Word?

I got this from Jeremiah 1:17-19  

17 “Get yourself ready! Stand up and say to them whatever I command you. Another Year 2013

I just wanted to start us off by saying thanks for checking out my blog. I really appreciate you taking the time to look at it.

So a couple of weeks ago I was worried about my future and I still kinda am. Then I heard this song called Don’t You Worry Child by the famous house trio Swedish House Mafia featuring John Martin. The lyrics goes like this, "don’t you worry child he (God) has got a plan for you" bam it just struck me in a really powerful way and it changed the way i think now. I can’t wait till the spring so I can mountain bike on the sick trails. To tell you the truth i am not that good but i hope to get better. In conclusion, I know it's going to be a good year and here is a quote that I want to leave you with by Saint Patrick.

"Christ beside me, Christ before me, Christ behind me, Christ within me, Christ beneath me, Christ above me."
